Canada Earns Historic First World Cup Point With 1–1 Draw Against Bosnia at BMO Field; Montreal Police Suspend Officers Over Racist Trophy Scandal
Substitute Cyle Larin scored in the 78th minute to give Canada a 1–1 draw against Bosnia and Herzegovina at BMO Field on Friday — the first men’s World Cup match on Canadian soil — securing the co-hosts’ first point in World Cup history.
